This eGift Certificate shall remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
The original voucher must be presented upon arrival. All reservations are subject to availability.
This voucher is strictly non-refundable and may not be utilized for stays or services outside the stipulated validity period.
The eGift Certificate may be redeemed against accommodation, Food & Beverage services, and any other incidental charges incurred during the stay.
No cash refunds or credit will be issued if the value of the voucher exceeds the total amount payable.
Partial redemptions of the voucher value are permitted.
